AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHEAST AREA\nANIMAL CONTROL AUTHORITY (SEAACA) FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement with the Southeast Area\nAnimal Control Authority (SEAACA) for animal control services for fiscal year\n2024-2025; 2) Authorize the City Attorney and City Manager to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; 3) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and 4) Approve a budget\namendment in the amount of $12,300 from the undesignated General Fund\nbalance for this purpose.
