Adopt the attached resolution authorizing an agreement with the California Department of\nParks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways for the California Marine Law\nEnforcement Training Program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to participate in the\nMarine Law Enforcement Training Program and to accept all renewals.\n3. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\na.
