5. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 21-2018 with West Coast Arborists, Inc.\nfor Tree Maintenance Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 21-2018 with West Coast\nArborists Inc. to provide tree maintenance services in the amount not-to-\nexceed $440,000 and to exercise the first of two (2) one-year optional\nextensions for tree maintenance services;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders in an\namount not-to-exceed 7% of the total agreement amendment, as needed,\nup to $30,000 for CIP or emergency contingency purposes; and\n3.
