12. Smith Park Aquatic Center Renovation Project (CIP No. 50043) – Award of\nProfessional Services Agreement for Construction Management and\nInspection Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, in the amount of $1,475,000 to Griffin Structures, Inc. to provide\nconstruction management and inspection services for the Smith Park\nAquatic Center Renovation Project – CIP No. 50043; and\n2.
