H. Award Contract to Thompson Reuters for Subscriber Agreement for Purchase of and Access to Online\nLegal Research Subscription\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award RFP #409 to Thomson Reuters for access to online legal research materials for\nthe City Attorney’s Office;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Thomson\nReuters, a Minnesota–based company, in an amount not to exceed $495,000 for three\nyears with two one-year renewal options; and\n3.
