8. DISCUSS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON THE PHASING OF PROJECTS\nFOR CITY HALL PARKING STRUCTURE AND AWARD A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT TO WALKER CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR THE\nDESIGN OF THE IMMEDIATE REPAIRS FOR CITY HALL AND PARKING\nSTRUCTURE IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED OF $254,500;\nAPPROPRIATE $46,000 IN UNENCUMBERED GENERAL FUND FOR\nCAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS; APPROVE ADDITIONAL PROJECT\nEXPENDITURES NOT TO EXCEED $25,000, WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY\n10% OF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT; AND AUTHORIZE THE INTERIM CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS\nRecommendation: That the City Council discuss and provide feedback\non the phasing of projects for City Hall and the parking structure and\napprove Resolution No. R24-38 to:\n1. Award a professional services agreement for design services to Walker\nConsultants, Inc. (Walker) for the Immediate Repairs for City Hall and\nParking Structure (PW-706-23) in the amount not to exceed of $254,500;\n2. Appropriate $46,000 in unencumbered General Fund for Capital Projects\nfunds;\n3. Approve additional project expenditures not to exceed $25,000, which is\napproximately 10% of the contract amount; and\n4.
