VENTURA COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY USE AGREEMENT - Approval for a\nRight-of-Way Use Agreement with the County of Ventura in exchange for two dark fiber\nstrands that may be used to create network redundancy for the City's Fiber Optic\nNetwork.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve a Right-of-Way Use Agreement with the County of Ventura in exchange for\ntwo dedicated dark fiber strands for City use along the Ventura County’s 46-mile\nregional network.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
