9. Mines Avenue Storm Drain Improvements (CIP No. 50114) – Award of\nContract. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Construction Contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney for\nan amount not-to-exceed $152,325 to Morrow Trenchless, LLC for the Mines\nAvenue Storm Drain Improvements Project, CIP No. 50114;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to process change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed $16,000, approximately 10% of the total\ncontract amount, for construction contingency;\n3. Amend the fiscal year 2024-25 Adopted Budget by appropriating $230,000\nin Measure W Funds (Fund 209) to Account No. 209.70.7300-54500-50114;\nand\n4.
