8. CITYWIDE PRINTERS AND COPIERS CONTRACT - Council consideration to\naward a five-year contract to Kyocera Document Solutions West, LLC, for managed print\nservices.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve the use of a cooperative agreement through OMNIA Partners contract\n#R191102; award a five-year contract to Kyocera Document Solutions West, LLC,\nfor managed print services in the amount of $730,150; and authorize a contingency of\n$109,522 for a total contract amount not to exceed $839,672.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute up to two additional one-year\nrenewal options, not to exceed the annual contract amount, inclusive of contingency,\nplus an adjustment in compensation consistent with the appropriate Consumer Price\nIndex, and contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the City Council in the\nannual budget for such fiscal year.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
