2. MASTER AGREEMENT AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS FOR THE\nTRANSFER OF WILLIAM S. HART REGIONAL PARK - The purpose of this item\nis to approve assuming ownership and operations of Williams S. Hart Regional Park\nfrom the County of Los Angeles.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Master Agreement and\nassociated documents, subject to City Attorney approval.\n2. Adopt a resolution approving the transfer of William S. Hart Regional Park from the\nCounty of Los Angeles to the City of Santa Clarita.
