Agreement and subsequent addendums with City of El Segundo whereby\nHawthorne will continue to offer Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”), Custody\nManagement (“CMS”), Records Management (RMS) and other public safety\nsoftware systems and services.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the\nSoftware System Management and Sublicensing Agreement between the City of\nHawthorne and City of El Segundo, authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement and any documents related thereto and make any minor\nmodifications.
