Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between West Coast Arborists and the City of\nGlendora dated June 22, 2021, for Tree Trimming and Tree Maintenance Services in an amount not to\nexceed $721,490 for FY 2024-25\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between West Coast\nArborists and the City of Glendora dated June 22, 2021, for Tree Trimming and Tree Maintenance\nServices, increasing the authorized annual expenditure by an amount not to exceed $721,490 for FY\n2024-25, increasing the overall amount of the agreement to $2,422,490, and extending the term of the\nagreement through June 30, 2025; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nAmendment No. 1, including minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
