Notice of Completion - Bid No. 2023- 05 " City Hall Roof Top Coat and Coping for Existing\nPolyurethane Foam Roof System Project"\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Accept the City Hall Roof Top Coat and Coping for Existing Polyurethane Foam\nRoof System Project ( Bid No. 2023- 05) as complete;\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Completion; and\n3) Direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.
