Award Consulting Services Agreement to Update the City's Urban\nForestry Manual and related municipal codes to Dudek in an amount not to exceed $93,790; 2.\nAuthorized the Public Works Director to execute any necessary contingency in an amount not to\nexceed ten percent (10%) or $9,380 of the original contract amount; 3.
