Resolution Authorizing the City of Highland to Enter Into the Settlement Agreement with\nKroger Co Authorize Entry Into the Subdivision Participation Form, and Other Related\nDocuments\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2024- authorizing the City of Highland to enter into the\nSettlement Agreement with Kroger Co., pertaining to National Opioid Litigation;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents; and\n3) Authorize that these funds be allocated to the County.
