Contract Renewal - Bid No 2023- 04 " City of Highland Landscape Maintenance Districts\nLIVID) Contract"\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Extend the Landscape Maintenance Districts ( LIVID) Contract with RP Landscape\nand Irrigation, Inc. for one year; and\n2) Approve a 13. 2% increase to the contract.
