15. Award Consultant Services Agreement for Crossing Guard Services to All City Management Services\nInc. in an amount not to exceed $280,917 for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with\nan Option to Extend up to Four Additional One-Year Periods\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a Consultant Services Agreement for crossing guard services\nto All City Management Services Inc. in an amount not to exceed $280,917 annually; and 2. Authorize\nthe Police Chief to execute any necessary contingency in an amount not to exceed 5% of the original\ncontract amount; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including\nminimal and/or non-substantive chances; and 4. Authorize the creation of a new fund GUSD Master\nJUA Fund 105; and 5. Authorize budget amendments to estimated revenues and appropriations in\nGeneral Fund 101, Measure E 103 and GUSD Master JUA Fund 105 to centralize all costs and\nassociated offset revenues.
