Notice of Completion - Bid No 2023- 01 " Highland Community Park Perimeter Fence and\nGates Project"\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Accept the Highland Community Park Perimeter Fence and Gates Project ( Bid No.\n2023- 01) Project as complete,\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Completion, and\n3) Direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.
