16. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services between Mariposa Landscapes,\nInc. and the City of Glendora dated June 28, 2022 for the addition of Landscape Maintenance on\nGlendora Unified School District Properties in an amount not to exceed $510,900 per year\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services\nbetween Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. and the City of Glendora dated June 28, 2022, adding landscape\nmaintenance for Glendora Unified School District properties to the scope of work in an amount not to\nexceed $510,900 per year; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment; and 3. Authorize\nthe creation of a GUSD Master Joint Use Agreement (JUA) Fund 105; and 4. Authorize an increase in\nestimated revenues and a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $510,900 in GUSD Master JUA\nFund 105; and 5. Authorize budget amendments to estimated revenues and appropriations between\nGeneral Fund 101, Measure E 103 and GUSD Master JUA Fund 105 to centralize all costs and\nassociated offset revenues.\nNEW BUSINESS
