Award Contract Services Agreement for Route 66 Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation Project, FY\n2022-2023, Plan No. 1377 and Lone Hill Ave Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation Project FY\n2023-2024, Plan No. 1381 to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc in an amount not to exceed $373,350 plus\na contingency in the amount of $25,000 with a term of 60 Days from Effective Date\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve the Plans and Specifications for Route 66 Sidewalk and\nCurb Ramp Rehabilitation Project, FY 2022-2023, Plan No. 1377 and Lone Hill Ave Sidewalk and\nCurb Ramp Rehabilitation Project FY 2023-2024, Plan No. 1381; 2. Award the Capital Improvement\nProjects Contract Services to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc for Route 66 Sidewalk and Curb Ramp\nRehabilitation Project, Plan No. 1377 and Lone Hill Ave Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation\nProject, Plan No. 1381 for an amount of $373,350 plus a contingency in the amount of $25,000, for a\ntotal of $398,350; 3. Authorized the Public Works Director to execute any necessary change orders in\nan amount not to exceed $25,000; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
