4. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE PASADENA SENIOR CENTER\nTO PROVIDE PARKING FOR ITS PATRONS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE MARRIOTT\nGARAGE (Transportation Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that this action is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in\naccordance with Section 15061(b)(3), the General Rule that CEQA only applies to projects that may\nhave an effect on the environment;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with the Pasadena Senior Center to\nallow patrons and employees to park in the Marriott Garage until February 29, 2024; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to execute an extension of the contract term for an additional\none-year as detailed in the agenda report.\nTPA\nACTION: APPROVED STAFF RECOMMENDATION
