10. APPROVE THE ACCEPTANCE OF $200,470.55 FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA CANNABIS TAX\nFUND GRANT PROGRAM (CTFGP) FUNDED THROUGH THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nThat the City Council approve the acceptance of $200,470.55 from the state Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program\n(CTFGP) funded through the California Highway Patrol for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, and authorize the City\nManager to serve as the City's "Authorized Agent" to execute CTFGP related Grant Assurances, Certification,\nTerms and Conditions, and Agreements to transfer funds for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
