5) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO DIXON RESOURCES\nUNLIMITED FOR RESIDENTIAL PARKING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Dixon Resources Unlimited (Contract No.\n2268) for residential parking program implementation services in an amount not to exceed\n$84,735;\nb. Approve a contingency in the amount of $8,500 to cover additional in-person and or virtual\ncommunity/City Council meeting (if deemed necessary); and\nc.
