4.6 PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTANT SERVICES WITH\nDAVIS FARR, LLP (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement for Financial Audit and Accountant Services with Davis\nFarr, LLP, to extend the term of the current Consulting Services\nAgreement for one additional year through June 30, 2024, with a one\nyear contract renewal amount not to exceed $32,160; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute proposed Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement for Financial Audit and Accountant\nServices with Davis Farr, LLP.\nItem No. 4.6
