Accept the bid from Rincon Truck Center Inc., in the amount of $137,269.28 plus applicable sales\ntax and a 20% contingency, for the purchase of medium and heavy-duty equipment maintenance\nand repair parts on an as-needed basis, for a one year period with up to four one-year optional\nrenewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options in accordance with\nBid #9792.
