19. Approve the Third Amendment to Agreement with Lyons Security Service, Inc. for security\nservices at The Salvation Army emergency shelter located at 1455 S. Salvation Place and\nsurrounding area, to extend the term of the Agreement by one year to July 13, 2025 and increase\nthe compensation for the Agreement by an additional $1,453,073.40, and an additional $150,000\nper year for any additional needed security services; and authorize the Housing & Community\nDevelopment Director to execute the amendment, as well as any subsequent amendments or\ndocuments necessary for the continuation or clarification of security services at The Salvation\nArmy emergency shelter and surrounding area, provided they are approved by the City Attorney’s\nOffice and do not increase the total compensation payable to Lyons Security.\n6 July 16, 2024
