17. Approve the First Amendment to Agreement with StarTex Software, LLC, extending the original\nagreement for an additional five years and increasing the annual compensation to $57,540 with\nan annual escalator of 5% for user licenses and ancillary support and maintenance with a 15%\ncontingency for extra services; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees,\nto execute the First Amendment and supporting documents, and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement, fund, and administer the First Amendment.
