2. Consider two resolutions of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA)\nand two resolutions of the City Council, separately, authorizing the issuance of Revenue\nRefunding Bonds, Series 2024-A (Electric Utility Distribution System Refunding) by AHPIA in the\naggregate principal amount not to exceed $380,000,000; and the issuance of Revenue Bonds,\nSeries 2024-A (Water System Project) (Variable Rate Demand Bonds) (Second Lien Qualified\nObligations) by the AHPIA in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $65,000,000.\nAnaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority Action:\n\n2-A. RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS\nOF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORITY (i)\nauthorizing the issuance of not to exceed $380,000,000 aggregate principal amount of\nRevenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2024-A (Electric Utility Distribution System Refunding)\nby said Authority; (ii) approving the refunding, defeasance, and purchase through tender\noffer of outstanding bonds or exchange therefor, (iii) approving the forms and authorizing\nthe execution of an Indenture of Trust, an Installment Purchase Agreement, a Purchase\nContract, a Dealer Manager Agreement, an Invitation to Tender, and other related\ndocuments; (iv) approving the execution and delivery of an Official Statement; and (v)\napproving certain actions in connection therewith.\nRESOLUTION NO.
