Authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue a master agreement to Western Brake and Tire Auto\nService Center, in an amount not to exceed $450,000, to provide automotive tires on an as-\nneeded basis, for the City’s fleet of vehicles for a one year period with up to five one-year optional\nrenewals in accordance with the terms of NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contract #24155 for\nTires, Tubes and Services.
