Approve an amendment to the Project Cost Analysis in the\namount of $625,000 in additional contingency funds for a new total estimated construction\ndelivery cost of $6,725,000.\n2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024­25 Capital Improvement Program to\ninclude $625,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the First Street Slope\nStabilization Project (22­1341).
