2E. Approve a Surface Access Agreement with Chevron U. S. A. Inc. for the Plugging and Abandonment of Oil Wells\n1. Approve a Surface Access Agreement between Chevron U. S. A. Inc. and the City of Brea to plug and\nabandon eight oil wells in the City; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3. Amend the City' s General Fund ( 110) Operating Budget to reflect any future revenues received from oil\nwell plugging and abandonment activities.
