7. SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY HELICOPTER 24-269\nSUPPORT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND THE\nCITY OF COSTA MESA\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the Services Agreement for public safety helicopter support services\nbetween the City of Huntington Beach and the City of Costa Mesa for three\nyears in an amount not to exceed $300,000 annually.\n2. Approve the Consumer Price Index (CPI) annually and adjust the contract\naccordingly.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Services Agreement, in\nsubstantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the\nCity Attorney, and future amendments to the Agreement.\nAttachments: 1.
