4.2. Tax Roll Placement of CR&R Delinquent Solid Waste for Calendar Year 2023\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing and adopt Resolution No. 4039;\n2. Review the report determining the amount of delinquent, unpaid residential solid\nwaste charges billed during the calendar year 2023;\n3. Determine that such delinquent charges constitute a special assessment and lien;\nand\n4. Direct that such charges be collected via the Riverside County secured property\ntax roll.\nDepartment: Finance
