Ratify the Subaward between the County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities\nDepartment and the City of West Covina for the Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP)\n(Subaward Number ENP242510); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements and approve purchase\norders for meals from vendors on the County's list of approved caterers; and\n3.
