3) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH PBK ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR DESIGN\nSERVICES FOR THE NEW FIRE STATION 1 - PROJECT NO. 23002\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with PBK Architects, Inc. in the amount of\n$799,500.00 to provide design services (DES Phase) for the Fire Station 1 Replacement\nProject; and\n2. Approve a project design contingency in the amount of $119,925 to address any\nunforeseen conditions; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, in substantially the form as\nattached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, and any future\namendments to the agreement.\nFINANCE DEPARTMENT
