K. THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nSANDRA MEDRANO TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR\nTHE CITY’S HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS\nThe City Council is requested to approve a third amendment to the housing\nconsultant services agreement for the City’s Home Improvement Programs.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Third Amendment to the consultant services\nagreement with Sandra Medrano to provide housing consultant services for\nFiscal Year 2024-25 and increase the total compensation by $56,000, for a\ntotal of $207,933; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Third Amendment with\nMedrano for FY 2024-25.
