J. APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN\nFINANCIAL SERVICES TO CONDUCT A DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE STUDY\nThe City Council is requested to approve a consultant services agreement with\nWilldan Financial Services to conduct a Development Impact Fee Study.\n1. Review and approve a consultant services agreement (Attachment “A”) with\nWilldan Financial Services (Willdan) to provide consultant services to conduct\na comprehensive development impact fee study in an amount not to exceed\n$53,520; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the consultant services\nagreement with Willdan.
