TEMPORARY MOBILE OFFICE TRAILERS DURING CITY HALL HVAC AND\nROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT CONSTRUCTION\nThe City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to evaluate and\nexecute one of the recommended options for the Temporary Mobile Office\nTrailers during the City Hall HVAC and Roof Replacement Project Construction.\nRecommendation:\n1. Purchase the lease using the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement method per\nthe City’s Municipal Code (Chapter 2-5-8) from a contractor approved by the\nState of California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS), or United States\nGeneral Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Awards Schedule (MAS), or\nsimilar cooperative agreement; or\n2. Add the purchase to the City Hall HVAC and Roof Replacement Contract after\nthe selection of the contractor.
