Approve plans and specifications for the Covina Recreation Village Project– West\nGymnasium Building Phase I;\n2. Reject bid protest by AMG & Associates, Inc.;\n3. Award the Contract for the Covina Recreation Village Project – West Gymnasium\nBuilding Phase I to Perera Construction and Design Inc. as the lowest responsive\nbidder in an amount of $12,112,926 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nContract; and\n4. Authorize contingency amount of $750,000 for any unforeseen construction\nexpenses.
