13. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH iWATER, INC.\nFOR WATER VALVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AS A COOPERATIVE\nPURCHASE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SANTA FE SPRINGS CODE SECTION\n34.18 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Water Utility Authority:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with iWater, Inc. to provide water\nvalve maintenance services in the amount of $155,000.00;\n2) Authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nCITY COUNCIL
