29. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH MERCHANTS LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC.\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 2 (Attachment A) to the landscape maintenance\nservices agreement with Merchants Landscape Services, Inc. exercising the final\none-year extension and increasing the annual contract amount to $997,905.24;\nand\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
