28. APPROVE AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO TO THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PARAMOUNT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment Number Two to the agreement with the City of Paramount\nto provide additional signal maintenance services; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
