31. MEASURE R FUNDING AGREEMENT NO. MR315.41 WITH LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY – AMENDMENT\nNO. 3. (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to Funding Agreement No. MR315.41 with the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for the Valley\nView Avenue and Alondra Avenue Intersection Improvements; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
