33. AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3) POLICE VEHICLES FROM\nSUNRISE FORD (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize issuing a purchase order to Sunrise Ford to purchase three (3) Ford\nExplorer police pursuit vehicles in the amount of $213,771; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to establish an agreement/purchase order in an\namount that shall not exceed $75,000 to acquire the items and services necessary\nto upfit the vehicles for field use; and\n3) Authorize a budget transfer from the Equipment Acquisition and Replacement\nFund in the amount of $288,771 for the items above and services.
