APPROVE AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF IRWINDALE\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nJuly 16, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 11 of 13\n1) Approve Amendment Number One to the agreement with the City of Irwindale to\nprovide additional signal maintenance services; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
