Request for Authorization to Execute LS-1 Option E Agreement and all Relevant Forms, with\nSouthern California Edison to Replace High Pressure Sodium Vapor Street Lights with Light-\nEmitting Diode Street Lights District-Wide (page 3525)\nPresented by the Building Official\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council of the City of Cudahy (the “City”)\ntake the following actions:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-29 (Attachment A) to Execute an LS-1\nOption E authorization with SCE to replace high pressure sodium\nvapor (HPSV) streetlights with light-emitting diode (LED) street\nlights; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement authorization and\nrelevant form(s).
