12. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING\nCOLLECTION OF DELINQUENT REFUSE CHARGES PURSUANT TO SECTION\n6-2.112 OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK’S MUNICIPAL CODE (172.54\nREFUSE COLLECTION FEES)\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Conduct a public hearing; and\n2. Take public testimony; and\n3. Adopt a Resolution directing the County Assessor to include delinquent refuse\ncollection fees as a special assessment to be collected at the same time and in\nthe same manner as County taxes (172.54 Refuse Collection Fees).
