f. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENTS WITH TRITON ENGINEERS INC. AND KPFF INC. FOR\nMARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A THREE­YEAR TERM AND\nPROVIDE AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE FUTURE\nRENEWAL OPTIONS FOR YEARS FOUR AND FIVE\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to enter into professional services\nagreements with Triton Engineers, Inc. and KPFF Inc. to provide on­call consulting\nservices for marine engineering services related to boat slips, docks, floats, and\nshoreline protection projects, and provide authority to the City Manager to execute\nfuture renewal options for years four and five of the agreement.
