CONSIDERATION OF RATIFYING AMENDMENTS TO A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COASTAL FRONTIERS CORPORATION\nAPPROVED ON MAY 7, 2024 FOR PHASE 1 OF REESTABLISHING A SAND\nCOMPATIBILITY AND OPPORTUNISTIC USE PROGRAM (SCOUP)\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-115, which will ratify the professional services\nagreement (C24-22), by and between the City of San Clemente and Coastal\nFrontiers Corporation, to provide technical assistance to the City in support of\nthe re-establishment of the Sand Compatibility and Opportunistic Use Program\n(SCOUP) Phase 1 in its amended form, as executed by the City Manager.
