J. CONTRACT AWARD - WATER RECLAMATION PLANT SOLIDS HANDLING\nBUILDING CENTRIFUGE CONVEYOR MODIFICATIONS AND FINDING THE\nPROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-119, which will:\n1. Award the Water Reclamation Plant Solids Handling Building Centrifuge\nConveyor Modifications, CIP Project No. 23203, construction contract to\nJennette Company, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-43,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Jennette Company, Inc .,\nproviding for the Water Reclamation Plant Solids Handling Building Centrifuge\nConveyor Modifications in the amount of $156,800, in a form substantially\nsimilar to Contract No. C24-43 (Attachment 2).\n3. Approve a 10% project contingency of $15,700.
